\\nYOUR IMPACT

As Food Category Manager, you\\\'ll shape our food assortment strategy, assess product category performance, and collaborate with Food Scouts to enhance our food offerings. Join our dynamic team for a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Master the use of our product portfolio tool to implement and update FELFEL\\\'s product planning.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio and, alongside the Food Scouts, lead the roadmap for new product development.
  • Support the Category Management team in various food strategy projects, including new product/service launches, customer engagement initiatives, or definition of the food assortment for each FELFEL service.
  • Enhance customer experience by analyzing data and providing insights into customer preferences, product performance, and purchasing behaviour.
  • Establish and monitor relevant KPIs to measure the success, profitability, and customer reach of our food categories.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Hold a degree in Economics, Business, or a closely related field.
  • Possess 2-4 years of experience as a category manager, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to deeply understand product profitability, coupled with a passion for using appropriate tools (e.g., Tableau) to test theories, validate assumptions, and measure success.
  • Business acumen and a strong ability to make data accessible to business.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Tech skills and an affinity for technical systems, as you will frequently collaborate with our Tech team (knowledge of SQL will be a plus).
  • Great interest in food industry trends.
  • Thrive in challenging and ever-evolving environments.
  • Language proficiency: Excellent English, with fluency in German and/or French considered a plus.
  • Non-smoker: You never smell like cigarettes and don\\\'t smoke during the day: FELFEL is about healthy living.
