Help Us Keep the Wheels Turning - Join Nauta as a Road Logistics Specialist!



At NAUTA, now proudly part of LEMAN, we do more than move goods - we build strong partnerships and seamless logistics. As a Forwarding Agent - Road, you'll be the driving force behind keeping shipments moving from Germany to Switzerland, and vice versa, with occasional focus on France.



Based in Pratteln, Switzerland, you'll join a team of five that thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and always looking for smarter ways to work. If you enjoy fast-paced logistics, picking up the phone to make things happen, and keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!



What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating road freight shipments:

primarily across Germany and Switzerland with occasional focus on France

Being the go-to contact:

liaise with clients, customs agents, and transport partners (mostly by phone) to ensure smooth operations

Handling customs clearance:

managing import/export paperwork and ensuring compliance (we'll get you up to speed)

Keeping a close eye on details:

verifying freight invoices, managing customer instructions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly

Helping us work smarter:

we love improving how we do things, and if there's a better way, we want to hear it!

Who We're Looking For



Experience in freight forwarding (road transport preferred), but we're open to different backgrounds, new perspectives are always welcome

Fluency in German and English (French is a plus)

Strong communication skills:

you're comfortable picking up the phone and getting things done

A proactive, organised approach:

you don't wait for problems and you aren't afraid of selling solutions!

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & transport management systems (we use CarLo)
