We're now looking for an exceptional Founder Associate to join us at this pivotal early-growth stage. You'll work on high-impact initiatives that touch fundraising, strategy, analytics, and product - and be at the center of building one of Europe's most exciting people-tech startups.


If you've just completed your studies, already supported a startup through a successful fundraising phase, or gained firsthand experience in VC - and you're ready to move fast, think boldly, and execute relentlessly - we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Work across strategic and operational topics, driving projects that span finance, product, operations, and investor relations Craft compelling investor updates, pitch materials, and fundraising narratives Dive into financial models and data to inform key decisions Conduct deep research into competitors, markets, and potential partners Own special projects - from first idea to execution - and push them forward independently Collaborate with founders and leadership to build the internal playbook for scale

What We're Looking For

You've either: Just wrapped up your university degree with flying colors, or worked at a VC, or accompanied a startup through a successful fundraising journey as a Founder Associate You're analytical, intellectually curious, and have a natural drive to make things better You thrive in fast-paced environments and love figuring things out independently You're structured, proactive, and communicate clearly -- both in English and German You bring strong writing, research, and number-crunching skills to the table You move fast, think sharp, and never settle for average
