Key ResponsibilitiesAs Fractional CFO, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the company through a complex international restructuring process. Your focus will be on maintaining operational stability while driving transformation across key financial functions.
Lead and support the Accounting, Reporting & Consolidation, and Treasury teams.
Oversee and coordinate a group-wide legal and tax restructuring project, in collaboration with external advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance during the transition.
Define and manage key milestones and deliverable for the restructuring road map.
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and shareholders, providing hands-on leadership and financial insight.
Work Schedule
50% workload (approx. 20 hours/week).
Preferably mornings, with ca 3 days/week in the office.
18-month duration.
18 months 50% occupation rate
Broad and deep finance experience, including exposure to tax and legal matters.
Proven track record in international environments and working with remote teams.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong project management skills and ability to define and drive restructuring milestones.
Hands-on, pragmatic, and self-starting mindset.
Fluent in French and English.
