GLOBAL JOB TEMPLATE
FRAGRANCE DESIGN INTERN
Location : VERSOIX - 12 months
Join Coty as an R&D Fragrance Design Intern and put your fragrance expertise into practice on global projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Fragrance Design Intern you are responsible for evaluation, formulation, and sample management
During your 12-month internship, you will support reformulation projects, evaluation sessions, and market reviews while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also assist with sample preparation, stability assessments, and consumer study preparations.
Your main focus :

• Prepare evaluation sessions and associated documents (glass slides)
• Participate in evaluations for reformulation, new technologies, and quality control
• Manage samples: organize, store, and dispose according to internal policy
• Track project progress and maintain accurate records using Excel
• Collaborate on market reviews and olfactive product classification
• Support lab team with material management and sample preparation for consumer testing

The Fragrance Design, Technology & Innovation team consists of people from different generations and nationalities across two continents. You will work closely with Product Development and other departments. The team is collaborative, positive, and results-driven.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to find innovative solutions and enjoy working on fragrance projects. As a Fragrance Design Intern, you are adaptable, collaborative, and positive, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, international environment. Other than that, you:

• Are pursuing a degree from ISIPCA, Ecole Superieure du Parfum, GIP, or similar
• Have a background in fragrance evaluation and formulation basics
• Are comfortable in a lab environment and preparing simple formulations
• Have strong Excel and data management skills
• Are agile, flexible, and a true team player
• Have passion for fragrance and beauty
• Speak fluent English (French is a plus)
