Lead the strategic design and seamless execution of (complex) transformation related projects.


Lead the orchestration of project planning, management, and administration, ensuring top-tier delivery and performance.


Maintain alignment among senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.


Navigate and manage interdependencies across diverse work streams within a global context

Fluent in English, Fluent in German is a plus


Good understanding of banking (client-) processes, providing a strong foundation for understanding the project needs


Experience in managing IT projects, demonstrating a keen understanding of technical processes.


Ability to work with- and convince senior stakeholders.


4-6 years of consulting or other relevant experiences


Strong ethical behaviors and high integrity, which align with KPMG's vision and aspirations.
