Location:

Zug, Switzerland (On-site, full-time 80-100%, permanent)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer (DevOps) to join our team. This role encompasses the development of user-facing interfaces, back-end systems (including smart contracts, ERC-20/3643), and the management of applications and IT operations. Your work will directly support the BlockEstateDAO token ecosystem, specifically focusing on critical components such as portals and legal dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development and Testing

: Develop smart contracts and responsive web interfaces. Ensure high platform reliability, scalability, and security, testing.

Documentation & Best Practices

: Provide clear technical documentation and implement best practices in UI/UX, performance, and security.

Integrations

: Implement and maintain integrations with Ethereum protocol, integrate frontend with blockchain contracts and back-end APIs.

Security & Compliance

: Ensure secure deployment by performing vulnerability assessments and implementing best practices for securing digital assets and data.

Operations

: Monitor platform health and performance, identify, manage, and resolve incidents and ensure uptime and optimal operation. Website Administration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Work closely with compliance and legal teams for reporting, and with the marketing team for seamless design implementation.

Requirements:

3+ years experience in full-stack blockchain development with Solidity, Ethereum, Token standards (ERC-20/3643), Vue, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Web3.js or Ethers.js, API integrations Experience of user-centered design principles Bonus: experience with KYC/AML flows, Fintech, and Web3 UI patterns Master Degree in Computer Science Strong communication skills Fluent in English and German Must work from the Zug, Switzerland office - Work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
