We are seeking a software engineer to join our Product Development department. Our team is committed to finding clever solutions, measuring, testing, automating, and launching innovative projects in the People & Culture, Finance, and Logistics areas, all while celebrating our successes together. We work cross-functionally to ensure a dynamic and collaborative environment where learning from one another is key, and we actively support your personal development. We are looking for a software engineer with some front-end experience in .NET, who is eager to explore our data landscape as we continue to expand our team.

Deine Aufgaben

Implement requirements as a software engineer, focusing on clean code, sustainable architecture, and robust test coverage. Enhance the quality, maintainability, and extensibility of the codebase while also taking responsibility for the software's operation through DevOps practices. Collaborate within a cross-functional Scrum team of software and data engineers to analyse requirements, design, and technically implement new features. Foster open, transparent, and clear communication as a collaborative team player, actively giving and receiving constructive feedback within and beyond Scrum ceremonies. Participate in the entire process from conception to implementation and operation of solutions, including code reviews and support. Utilize T-shaped skills to work deeply and broadly alongside other software and data engineers on the team. ###

Deine Fahigkeiten

You have advanced education in a technical or data-focused field (ETH/UNI/FH) or possess significant professional experience with .NET technologies. Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework with a focus on front-end development (e.g. ASP.NET Razor components) is preferred. You are eager to learn quickly and extensively, and you readily take the initiative. You thrive in team environments, driving projects forward through collaboration, and place great importance on the principles of agile software development, enjoying pair programming as a key collaborative practice. You possess a solid technical understanding and excel at comprehending complex relationships and deriving solutions from them. Bonus: You have experience with BigQuery, Dataform, MSSQL, Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services, OLAP cubes, or comparable tools in the area of data management, preparation, and provision. ###
