Fund Controller Private Market Investments

Aufgaben

Control financial activities related to various private equity, private debt and private real estate funds / Monitor, analyze and forecast financial positions / Manage cash management and forecasting / Responsible for performance calculations / Monthly and quarterly financial statements and preparation of reports for investment programs / Review NAV valuations of the accounting department / Reconcile monthly valuations / Coordination of activities related to investment controlling with several teams worldwide / Function as point of contact for subsidiaries worldwide on all financial matters, including regulatory filings / Maintain relationships with auditors and banks / Support investor inquiries / Provide input and coordinate financial projects.

Qualifikation

University degree in accounting or finance / ACCA, CPA advantageous / Work experience in investment controlling, fund administration, fund audit / Understand the impact of investment transactions / Process management skills / Good understanding of private equity platforms resp. fund administration operations / Analytical mindset/ Ambitious and team-oriented / Developed interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills / Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, VBA) / German as well as English.
