Fund Lawyer
Aufgaben
Provide legal advice / Support for business strategies, set up of new funds / Clarification of local requirements / Monitoring of all legal risks associated with the business / Contract management / Review of agreements / Monitoring the legal governance of domestic and international legal entities / Managing activities and contacts with supervisory authorities and other authorities / Managing external legal advisors while maintaining effective working relationships and networks / Participating in legal disputes / Participating in various projects, e.g., global company formation, FATCA, AIFMD, etc. / Performing all assigned ad hoc tasks.
Qualifikation
Master's degree in Law / Additional studies are an advantage / Knowledge of international financial markets / Legal experience in asset management / Knowledge of international law / Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy person / Strong analytical thinking skills / Problem-solving oriented / Detail-oriented and independent / Ability to work independently / Enthusiastic / Hardworking / Ability to work under time pressure / Strong team player / Excellent communication skills / Familiar with working in an international environment and team / MS Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel / German and English.
