Julius Baer Fund Solutions is an open architecture Fund Management business with currently CHF26bn AuM which provides our clients with best-in-class investment strategies and managers. We offer benefits and exclusive access to traditional investment strategies, private markets funds, hedge funds, and private label funds. In addition, we are providing Private Label Funds to our UHNW and External Asset Management clients. Our expertise is tailored to our client needs from product design, marketing and distribution, tax efficiency, to life cycle management and manager identification. We are a fully integrated and interdisciplinary Fund Solutions business based in Zurich, Dublin and Mumbai.

Do you enjoy designing and implementing efficient solutions and managing a fund's life cycle? Do you thrive to improve existing processes and willing to take the extra miles? We are looking for a sales and investment oriented, driven, and self-motivated product development and structuring professional with the appropriate expertise. Our ideal addition to the team would possess tenacity, creativity, attention to detail, superior communication, openness to new ideas, fearlessness to new challenges, yet always be professional, friendly, humble, and authentic.Prepare and review fund data for integration into pre and after-sales materials such as PRIIP KIDs , factsheets, full portfolio holdings report, EET , and other reports .


Lead end-to-end fund structuring and implementation, product innovation for mutual and alternative funds, covering legal, tax, operational, compliance, and distribution aspects Partner with top-tier asset and wealth managers to launch cutting-edge investment funds across asset classes Drive product development, conduct market benchmarking, pricing analysis, and support manager due diligence Deliver high-impact projects, from concept to launch, for new funds and product enhancements Collaborate with sales, portfolio managers, risk, and marketing teams to strengthen our client offering Provide expert input on fund documentation, marketing content, and strategic initiatives Deliver projects related to new and fund change products Advise on the strategic and technical content of marketing materials/website production produced by Marketing

YOUR PROFILE

Academic excellence in law, finance, economics, or related field 6-10 years in financial services, ideally at an international asset or wealth manager Proven expertise in fund structuring, product development, and investment, middle office fund operations, including derivatives Deep knowledge of Irish/EU fund regulations and cross-border legal frameworks Strong grasp of investment funds, investor types, and global markets Fluent English speaker (written & spoken); German, French, or Italian a valuable plus Skilled in crafting RFPs, fund briefings, term sheets, and presentations A hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit with precision and pride in delivery Exceptional project management skills--experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
