Fund Regulations Specialist

This is your primary area of responsibility:


Responsible for a dedicated portfolio of clients (relationship management) Review and submission of regulatory applications, including updated fund documentation (prospectus, articles of association or fund contract, annual and semi-annual reports, and KIDs) with the FINMA Assist in the registration of foreign funds in Switzerland Connect with clients to develop the value of Acolin and advise them on our different services Initiate individual contracts (i.e., representative and paying agency agreement) based on template agreements Review of marketing material within the framework of legal and self-regulatory requirements General tasks such as internal reporting
What are we looking for:

Ideally 1 - 2 years of professional experience

in the finance or legal sector (BSc / MSc in finance or legal-related fields will be considered). You have

quick comprehension and organisational talent

, You are able to

set priorities

effectively. Your team can rely on your

precise, reliable, and independent working method

. You are a

customer-oriented personality

with

excellent communication skills.

You are stylistically confident in

English

(good knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus).
