The Technology & Operations Division is the partner of Wealth Management, Asset Management and Asset Servicing for the technological infrastructure, the custodian activities and funds administration. Banking Operations provides a broad range of custodian services and regulatory operations.

Based in Geneva and within Banking Operations, you will be joining a dynamic team of seven, central in supporting the operational activities in regulatory matters related to fund and private asset investments made by our clients. You will be in charge of the various tax and regulatory requests from fund and private asset counterparties.

Description du poste :

- Ensuring that ongoing due diligence and ad hoc requests from fund and private asset counterparties are answered properly and in a timely manner.
- Providing counterparties with AML/KYC and QI/FATCA information.
- Managing the full tax document flow for investments by clients in US partnerships.
- Ensuring timely and professional coordination with external stakeholders.
- Liaising internally in a timely and efficient manner with front officers, tax team and legal advisors.
- Managing related risks for clients and the bank.

Description du profil :

- University degree (Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s) in Law, Business and/or Economics.
- Rigorous, discreet, solution provider, managing priorities and team player.
- At ease with new IT systems.
- Experience in funds operations with practical knowledge in AML/CFT, tax and regulatory matters would be a plus.
- Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
