Those in payroll at PwC will assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees. Working in this area, you will handle payroll administration, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, as well as confirming compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your responsibilities include collaborating with HR teams to maintain employee records, address payroll-related inquiries, and assist in payroll accuracy. You will play a crucial role in making sure employees are paid correctly and on time, contributing to the overall financial well-being of the organisation and supporting employee satisfaction.

• Du bist mitverantwortlich fur die Ausfuhrung des Lohnlaufes mit den entsprechenden Tatigkeiten im SAP HR fur alle Mitarbeitenden, Expats und Inpats der PwC Schweiz und Liechtenstein inklusive der Durchfuhrung der Jahresendarbeiten sowie der Jahreslohndeklarationen.
• Du bearbeitest Anfragen in unserem Ticketing-Tool und bist mitverantwortlich fur die schriftliche und mundliche Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch mit Mitarbeitenden, Vorgesetzten sowie internen und externen Schnittstellen (z.B. Quellensteueramt, Ausgleichskasse).
• Du bist mitverantwortlich fur das Erstellen der Lohnausweise.
• Du bist mitverantwortlich fur die Meldung und Verarbeitung von Unfall- sowie Krankentaggelder via UKA.
• Du bist mitverantwortlich fur die monatlichen Abstimmungen zwischen HR und Finance.
• Du erteilst Fachauskunfte an interne Ansprechpartner sowie innerhalb des HR Teams und ziehst bei komplexeren Sachverhalten Experten zur Klarung hinzu.
• Du arbeitest in einem dynamischen, komplexen Umfeld in welchem du gefordert und gefordert wirst und dich einbringen kannst.

Dein Skill Set

• Du hast eine kaufmannische Grundausbildung und Erfahrung im Payroll-Bereich sowie in der Buchhaltung.
• Erfahrung im Bereich Sozialversicherungen ist von Vorteil.
• Selbststandiges Arbeiten ist fur dich normal, und du bist mit den Payroll-Timelines vertraut.
• Deine Personlichkeit: sehr zuverlassig, du haltst Deadlines ein, bist kunden- und teamorientiert, belastbar und kommunizierst proaktiv.
• Du hast ein Flair fur Zahlen und legst Wert auf Genauigkeit.
• Auch bei hohem Arbeitsanfall behaltst du die Ruhe und Ubersicht, kannst Aktivitaten priorisieren und bist flexibel.
• Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP HR-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Deine Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse mundlich als auch schriftlich sind ausgezeichnet, Franzosischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
