Our Swiss-based client is a diversified energy brokerage across both physical and paper products. The firm has a strong background in Energy products originating within the Gasoil and Petrochemical Markets spanning nearly two decades.
Our client is looking to add an experienced broker with a good network in the Gasoil Markets across NWE and Surrounding markets. Offering solutions and business across both physical brokerage and risk management, hedging and futures business with corporate and institutional clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and Broker deals within physical Gasoil in the North-West Europe and Surrounding markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with Gasoil producers, traders and purchasers within the European region.
• Provide risk management services to gasoil market specialists and trading houses across both listed and OTC business through the provision of futures/derivative trading advisory/structuring and execution (voice and electronic)
• Actively grow the Gasoil desk and its market through engagement with clients/prospects utilizing the tools and companies well-established team.
• Promote and cross-sell products of the firm across physical brokerage

Requirements:

• 8 + years' experience broking Gasoil (Physical or Derivative [Futures, Options, Swaps, OTC, Listed])
• Excellent knowledge of Derivative markets covering (Futures/Options)
• Experience in building relationships with Gasoil market Producers, Traders and Customers.
• Fluent in English (other European languages beneficial)
• A seasoned business developer with strong PnL or revenue history.
