- Positionierung, Entwicklung und Verantwortung f\\xc3\\xbcr die Marktbearbeitung im zugeteilten Agenturgebiet
- Vertrieb von Swiss Life Produkten im Privat- und Unternehmenssegment (KMU)
- Verantwortung f\\xc3\\xbcr die Betreuung und Erweiterung des bestehenden Kundenstamms
- F\\xc3\\xb6rderung und Sicherstellung der Zusammenarbeit mit den offiziellen Kooperationspartnern
- Repr\\xc3\\xa4sentation von Swiss Life im Agenturgebiet
- Rekrutierung und Betreuung von kundenbed\\xc3\\xbcrfnisorientierten Aussendienstmitarbeitenden
- Coaching und Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung der Mitarbeitenden in Beratung und Verkauf
- Aufbau und Pflege eines Kontakt-Netzwerkes
- Mehrj\\xc3\\xa4hrige Berufserfahrung als F\\xc3\\xbchrungskraft verbunden mit guten Kenntnissen des Vorsorgebereichs und guter Vernetzung im Agenturgebiet
- Erfolgsnachweise im Verkauf mit \\xc3\\xbcberdurchschnittlichen Resultaten am Markt
- Vertieftes Wissen bez\\xc3\\xbcglich Marketing und Verkauf
- Ausgepr\\xc3\\xa4gte Kunden- und Frontorientierung
