As Legal Counsel, you will be involved on various legal and compliance matters at Group level. You will work closely with the management and operational stakeholders by providing professional and practical advice. Your portfolio of activities will include legal support with respect to contracts-related activities, ESG compliance and corporate matters.

Area of responsibilities:

• Managing Group legal entities and group corporate secretary tasks (Corporate housekeeping, PoAs);
• Implementing, maintaining, managing, and keeping up to date the contract management systems and databases;
• Supporting the roll out and implementation of policies, processes, and training;
• Reviewing, drafting and providing legal support on a broad range of agreements (purchasing, sales, IP licensing, development, services);
• Drafting relevant standard contractual legal documents and ensuring compliance with legal requirements (contract signature and filing);
• Implementing templates to manage, reduce, and prevent legal liabilities in the field of contracts, compliance and other regulatory areas, as well as providing trainings to the business;
• Implementing and monitoring legal and compliance programs (including data protection) to ensure compliance with laws/regulations and proper internal controls in place;
• Develop and deliver trainings (both online and offline) to educate employees and partners on various legal and compliance topics;
• Providing support on executed agreements in response to issues and questions;
• Maintaining and updating contract information within assigned tracking tools;
• Collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization.

Description du profil :

• Master of Law/LLM/JD from a Swiss or EU law school
• 5+ years\\\' experience as in-house counsel or a combination of experience in-house and international law firm;
• Proven track-record in corporate and commercial law, willingness to familiarize with data protection laws and strong interest in the regulatory landscape of ESG;
• Ability to analyze business requirements from a Legal & Compliance perspective and transform into actions and guidelines;
• Excellent communication skills and business orientation;
• Team spirit and motivated to contribute to the further development of the legal function;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Flexible, deadline and results orientated and attentive to details;
• Drafting skills and attentive to details;
• Strong digital skills with a good command of the Microsoft office pack (PPT, Word and Excel);
• Proficiency in English. German is a strong asset.
