Business Development
Contribute to the firm's commercial development by identifying opportunities within existing clients and the broader market.
Participate in proposals, client presentations, and strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the Geneva practice.
Strategic Contribution
Represent the Geneva office within the broader organization.
Partner with senior leadership to shape local strategy and contribute to national initiatives.

7-12 years of experience in consulting, ideally within a Big4 or a reputable financial services advisory firm (senior manager level).
Strong expertise in financial services, with exposure to banking, wealth management, asset management, or related areas.
Demonstrated experience in people management, coaching, and team leadership.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and demanding clients.
Strong communication skills in English; French, German is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset, able to drive initiatives and lead a small but growing office.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and client orientation.
