Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for Transportation Services who will work remotely while based in the beautiful surroundings of Greece. This exciting role asks for a dedicated individual to assist German-speaking customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries and assist customers with any issues or concerns related to transportation services.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of products and services.
• Offer feedback and suggestions for process improvements and efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and open to learning.
• Willingness to adapt to a new cultural experience while living and working in Greece.
