Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Switzerland!
The position requires travel and onsite work once a month to one of the client's sites in Lenzburg, Baden, Zurich or Turgi.
The Recruiter is accountable for:
As a member of an international team of recruiters and sourcers in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you will be working directly with our client, a technology company headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for professionals working in manufacturing. Your core tasks include briefing calls with our client and autonomous candidate selection, screening applications documents and conducting telephone interviews and scheduling Hiring Manager interviews. Provide detailed documentation of selection decisions, support candidates and managers during the hiring process, including offer and contract administration. As one of our first points of client contact, you are in regular exchange with the Hiring Managers.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• 2 years plus HR/Recruitment experience preferably in manufacturing roles.
• Attitude focused on customers and interacting with them.
• Experience partnering with Customers.
• Self-assured yet friendly manner and outstanding communication and administrative skills.
• Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy.
• Willingness to travel once in a month to client's sites (in Zurich, Turgi, Lenzburg or Baden).
• You communicate professionally in German & English.

Seeking at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end Recruitment process.
