VOTRE MISSION :Analyse de la documentation liee aux mutations complexes des donnees de la clientele et de leurs comptes. Controle de l'application des regles en matiere de diligence (CDB), des aspects fiscaux (FATCA, CRS, TVA, droit de timbre...), de la politique d'affaires de la Banque et des directives internes. Analyse des risques LBA, incluant l'execution de verifications d'antecedents (screening), la revue de la documentation KYC et identification et traitement des evolutions de risque. Codification et validation des mutations dans les systemes de la Banque. Assurer le suivi des dossiers en cours de regularisation avec les charges de relation, compliance et autres equipes impliquees. Conseil aux equipes de gestion sur toutes les questions liees aux aspects materiels et formels des changements de circonstances de comptes. Partager son experience avec les autres membres du departement

VOTRE PROFIL :Minimum 5 ans d'experience dans le domaine Formation universitaire et/ou certification reconnue dans le domaine de la compliance (un atout) Tres bonnes connaissances de la CDB, LBA, FATCA, CRS, Suitability Oriente solution Sensibilite aux risques inherents a la fonction Faire preuve d'engagement, flexibilite, adaptabilite et entregent Maitrise orale et ecrite du francais et de l'anglais, une autre langue (un atout) Aptitudes pluridisciplinaires et organisationnelles Esprit d'equipe prononce, capacite a developper et de solliciter divers departements, de partager l'information, de communiquer Domicile en Suisse
