Missions:



Administratif :Gestion des dossiers de reception de marchandise, des destructions, des expeditions, des consommables, des retours fournisseur, des demandes de Lot translate Masterdata : Creation des vues entrepot Controle des donnees, comparatif avec les outils informatique, l'ERP et / ou le fournisseur Gestion des demandes de d'envoi de matiere interne et externe Gestion des boites email communes

Consommables :Gestion et suivi au quotidien, commandes aupres des fournisseurs Coordination avec les operateurs du magasin et le departement procurement

Expeditions :Gestion administrative des envois Back-Up des Gestion des requis Aviasecure : suivi des badges, des Back ground check Form, des casiers judiciaires Remplacement du Specialiste des expeditions

ERP :Back-Up Consommations informatiques des destructions Lancement des taches de Cycle Count Gestion des stock (P2STR / Oracle)

General :Archivage des activites relatives Application des procedures au sein du magasin. Application des procedures GMP/GDP et securite liee a son poste. Etre a jour dans la lecture des procedures qui lui sont assignees.

Le Gestionnaire magasin participe aux activites suivantes :Mise a jour documentaire Palettisation du materiel suivant les regles definies. Rangement et stockage du materiel dans les zones definies. Reception et controle physique des marchandises livrees au magasin. Enregistrement de la marchandise receptionnee dans le systeme informatique. Preparation des expeditions : scannage des palettes, conditionnement pour l'expedition. Inventaire physique. Isoler dans les zones appropriees les articles endommages ou defectueux, ou en attente de retour aux fournisseurs. Preparation, transfert et stockage du materiel a detruire dans les zones definies.

On-site Protocol

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:




Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
