The Ideal Candidate brings deep knowledge and proven experience in project management and clinical program management within the context of clinical studies. The person should also have solid familiarity with corporate procedures and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Fluent English communication skills are essential.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Serve as a planning expert within Clinical Operations Program Leadership, partnering with key stakeholders and functions to manage program-related information supporting decision-making across Project Teams, Leadership, Customer Areas, and other internal groups.

Apply strong project management skills and clinical operations experience to ensure on-time delivery of program deliverables, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction through collaboration with other Clinical Program Managers, global project managers, and leadership.

Promote a patient- and customer-centric mindset by always putting the needs of patients and customers first.

Collaborate across diverse regions, cultures, and time zones to foster inclusion, belonging, and diversity.

Work closely across Clinical Development and Medical Affairs to identify mutual value and opportunities for collaboration.

Act as an expert in project management activities such as budget planning, tracking and reporting, risk and change management within Clinical Operations or Diagnostic Product Development.

Support others in resolving highly complex issues impacting cross-functional organizational processes and outcomes, while influencing senior stakeholders to adopt new approaches.
Must Haves:
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent relevant experience) in a related field ()

Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical program management in clinical studies ()

Proven GCP experience ()

Fluent English, German is an advantage ()

Experience with portfolio management or project tracking tools (e.g., Planisware, Smartsheet, or equivalent) is a strong plus.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the proven ability to lead without authority in a matrix environment.

Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing capabilities across senior levels.

A collaborative and proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic, inclusive environment and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovation.
