We are seeking a
Global Customer Care Coordinator
to support our
Metals Commodities
product line within the
Natural Resources
division. This role is pivotal in managing the order-to-invoice process and coordinating global operations for our international clients.
You'll work closely with SGS affiliates worldwide to ensure seamless service delivery, accurate reporting, and timely invoicing, making a direct impact on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate global product-line operations and client service delivery.
Manage client enquiries regarding inspection and laboratory services.
Liaise with SGS affiliates to track work progress and communicate updates.
Analyze inspection data and review reports to ensure compliance with client requirements.
Ensure adherence to inspection protocols and business policies.
Oversee billing procedures and generate client invoices.
Maintain job files in line with internal control systems.
Support accounts receivable management in line with group policy.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
University degree in marine, technical, chemical, or commercial disciplines
Minimum 5 years' experience in back-office functions or client service delivery
Strong understanding of Metals Commodities trade inspections.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Outlook; familiarity with Oracle BOSS is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Adaptable, proactive, and a collaborative team player
Solution oriented mindset
Desirable Qualifications
Additional languages are advantageous
Experience working in a global or multicultural environment
Knowledge of international inspection protocols and certification standards
