Key responsibilities:

Thought Leadership Strategy:



Develop and execute a global thought leadership strategy aligned with the
Straumann Group Enterprise strategy
Translate complex clinical, financial, operational or technological insights into
impactful content for SGES stakeholders and industry stakeholders.
Partner with ESM, Consulting, Education and Enterprise Executive to create whitepapers, insights reports, keynote materials, and trend analyses.

Executive Engagement:



Create and manage SGES executive stakeholders' visibility plans--ensuring
company leaders are actively represented at key forums, summits, and industry

think tanks.
Build strategic narratives for C-suite leaders and develop high-impact speaking
engagements, media interviews, and bylined content.
Support executive communications including messaging, speechwriting, and
presentations.
Identify key executive target groups to nurture and build strategic relationships Select stakeholders from across geographies and target customer segments to build advisories to develop strategies and platforms for enagaging various Csuite executives

Strategic Content & Campaigns:



Work cross-functionally with content, communications, and marketing teams to
turn thought leadership into multi-channel campaigns (web, social, PR, events).
Develop compelling narratives around industry megatrends: value-based care,
digital transformation, regulatory innovation, etc.
Providing DSOs, clinicians, and their teams, actionable content that helps them
adapt to change and make better decisions.
Showcasing how emerging technologies--like robotics, CAD/CAM, or predictive
analytics--are transforming dental care
Ensure alignment across business units and regional markets.

Market Intelligence & Network Building:



Identify and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and strategic
partners.
Monitor emerging dental trends to proactively shape content and engagement
opportunities.
Benchmark competitor strategies and adjust accordingly to maintain leadership
positioning.

Measurement & ROI:


Establish KPIs and regularly report on performance of thought leadership
content and executive engagement efforts (reach, influence, reputation impact).
Use analytics and feedback to continuously refine approach.
