The Global HR Digital and Admin Coordinator supports the effective operation of global human resources functions by managing HR digital systems, ensuring data quality and streamlining HR processes together with the Global HR Digital & Analytics Manager. This role is a key player for the maintenance of Employee Central, Performance & Goals Modules in SuccessFactors with a focus on year-end process. The role acts as a central point of coordination for digital tools & information flow by enabling efficient communication, compliance, and reporting across multiple regions and teams within the La Prairie Global Community. The position helps drive the digital tools of HR by supporting system implementations, user training and ongoing improvements, contributing to a consistent and modern HR service delivery. The role is a stepping stone for a person to develop into Global HR Digital topics where they later can choose a path of further development.
On ad-hoc basis the role will also support the HR Services Team with general administration when needed & HR Digital tasks can allow it.
