We are seeking a Global Learning & Development Manager to shape our global leadership and people development strategy. In this role, you will design impactful learning experiences, define strategic priorities, and drive the evolution of our performance management approach - all in alignment with our HR and business strategy.

Responsibilities


Develop and execute a global learning strategy that incorporates AI tools to personalize, automate, and enhance learning experiences. Define strategic priorities for learning and organizational development initiatives across all regions. Establish globally aligned processes for learning needs analysis and demand planning. Continuously develop a global curriculum for leadership and people development, including high-potential programs, partnering with internal experts and external partners to design content. Ensure programs are culturally relevant, inclusive, and effective across regions. Coordinate with Learning Administration on global rollout, communication, and follow-up activities. Ensure consistent methodologies, quality standards, and evaluation approaches with external vendors across regions. Manage training budgets and ensure consistent vendor quality and methodologies. Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions. * Act as a trusted partner to HR Business Partners, ensuring learning best practices are embedded across the organization.
