Responsibilities

Lead upstream product management activities for our implantology planning software solution. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand user needs, market dynamics and competitive landscapes. Translate research findings into actionable backlog requirements for development teams. Define and validate product value propositions and build business cases. Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, Service...) as well as other development teams, such as platform or web-teams to ensure successful product releases. Shape and articulate product strategies aligned with overall company goals and MedTech regulatory frameworks. Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. Support go-to-market planning with early customer engagement and feedback collection.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Informatics or a related field. At least 5 years of working experience in product management, prior experience in the MedTech or healthcare technology sector is required. Experience in the dental industry is a plus. Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, data analysis). Proven ability to write detailed backlog requirements and user stories. Experience developing and executing product strategies at early stages but also maintaining and improving existing products. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Experience in building business cases and recurring business models. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Highly motivated, eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong understanding of agile product development processes.
