Join a global leader! Kuehne + Nagel seeks a dynamic Global Expert - Total Rewards to manage compensation processes and support strategic HR projects. Utilize your strong analytical skills and expertise in Compensation & Benefits.

How you create impact

Partner with Global HR Business Partners, National HR Managers, and Total Rewards Partners to support business objectives by providing analytical support and expert advice. Acts as Program Manager of Total Rewards processes and initiatives in liaison with the Global Head of Total Rewards and TR Managers, including reviewing and updating bonus plans, managing IT systems, and overseeing the annual target distribution and bonus payout processes. Provide compensation offers and calculations for Top and Senior Management, manage contracts, and ensure data integrity across all systems Lead global compensation projects and initiatives, such as redesigning current or new compensation programs, in collaboration with the Global Head of TR and TR Managers. Act as a subject matter expert for compensation-related HR systems, supporting system development and optimization Maintain high-quality Compensation and Benefits data and deliver insightful reports for Top Management and ad hoc business needs

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance; Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Finance within a global, matrixed organization Professional certification (CCP or GRP) is a plus. Deep understanding of financial principles, employment law, and tax implications Strong analytical skills with the ability to deal with, synthesize, and simplify large amounts of data. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other Office tools Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Fluent in English, German would be beneficial
