OUR FAST-TRACKED TWO-YEAR OUTPERFORMER PROGRAM IS LIKE NO OTHER.


We are on the lookout for the next generation of leaders in Operations (After Market Service, Global Manufacturing) and you can be part of it. WHAT YOU'LL DO


This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding international operations leadership career. In this fast-tracked, 2 years program, you'll be placed at the heart of our customer-focused business model, providing you with a first-hand experience in our core operations functions from day one where you get to engage with senior management and have a dedicated mentor to guide you.




Within the program you rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and own your skills in different areas supporting your personal development. The program is split into 3 main stages:




12 months as a Team Lead in a Plant or Tool Service Center, coordinating shopfloor activities or leading a production technology project as Lean Manager or Process Engineer in your home region.




6 months rotation in Digitalization, Lean, Quality, or Logistics project in a Plant or Tool Service Center, focusing on Operational excellence.




6 months assignment on an international strategic project, breaking free from the confines of your home region and contributing to transformative initiatives on a global scale.




One of these stages may occur at our group company Oegland with Headquarters in Klepp, Norway.





WHAT YOU'LL BRING


(Soon to be) completed master's degree in engineering, chemical, physics, or similar.




You demonstrate a passion for Operations.




You have just finished your internship or recently started your career and want an opportunity where you can perform well and progress.




Multilingual - fluent in English and at least one other language, with international experience from work or studies abroad.




Internationally mobile.




A flexible team player, curious, dedicated, with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others.




Global thinker, eager to learn, and keen on diverse cultural experiences and opportunities to work abroad.

Leadership Summit: An enriching learning journey in partnership with a renowned business school, featuring online modules and collaborative projects with fellow program participants. The experience concludes with a 5-day on-campus summit to deepen insights and to foster business and leadership skills.




After the program, you are prepared to take immediate responsibility and join one of our global manufacturing, After Market Service, Oglaend team.
