Hobson Prior is seeking a Global Trial Lead to oversee and manage the operational aspects of clinical trials. You will focus on leading diverse teams and ensuring successful trial execution. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication skills.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all parts of clinical trials.
Lead and support teams from different backgrounds and areas.
Work with external service providers and handle their performance and budgets.
Use electronic systems for data capture and trial management.
Communicate effectively in English and understand cultural differences.
Attend international meetings as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree in life sciences or healthcare.
Experience in managing complex clinical trials.
Ability to lead diverse teams and handle challenges.
Familiarity with electronic data systems and trial management tools.
Strong knowledge of clinical guidelines and computer skills.
