What you will do at Parashift
As Parashift's Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind our automated lead generation strategy, shaping how our AI-driven document automation platform reaches enterprises and mid-market clients across Europe. As the sole GTM Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in fueling our growth by designing and optimizing SDR-automated lead generation systems, enhancing our sales pipeline, and positioning Parashift as the leading solution in the fast-evolving document processing automation space. Working closely with the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you'll innovate and execute strategies to drive scalable growth. Here's what you'll do:
Architect and scale automated lead generation systems
, focusing on expanding the mid-market client pipeline by optimizing SDR workflows and tools to capture high-quality leads.
Design and implement strategic GTM initiatives
, leveraging automation and data-driven insights to transform prospects into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Develop tailored technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts

Streamline complex sales enablement processes

What You Bring to Parashift's Success
The ideal candidate brings:
Technical experience
: 2+ years in B2B SaaS/software environments, preferably with hands-on experience in designing or implementing automated lead generation systems or sales enablement tools.
Proven delivery
: You have thrived in high-growth settings, such as startups, with a demonstrated track record of building or optimizing scalable GTM processes or automation workflows.
Education
: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
AI/tech expertise
: Strong understanding of AI-driven solutions and enterprise technology, with the ability to align technical capabilities with business needs.
Communication
: Excellent technical writing, verbal communication, and skills to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
