About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager to join our Finance team at our headquarters in Lucerne. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for leading Group consolidation, managing monthly reporting processes, and supporting key financial activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting and Budget.
• Lead Group consolidation.
• Substantiate financial transactions through audited documents.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing information.
• Secure financial information by completing backups.
• Document financial transactions and recommend actions to be taken.
• Research and interpret accounting policies and regulations.
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing information.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Proven experience in Group consolidation.
• Meticulous, open-minded, and able to work in a small team.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Confidentiality and discretion are essential.
• Skilled in reporting, research, and data analysis.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in data entry management.
• Language skills, English proficient, and German is a plus
