Role Overview

1. Coaching Excellence

Lead high-energy, high-quality F45 classes with confidence and professionalism Provide technical coaching : form correction, exercise progressions/regressions, goal-based support Maintain a premium studio experience at every session

2. Sales & Member Success

Convert trial members through strong coaching, rapport building and guidance Support newcomers throughout their journey, from first session to long-term commitment Contribute to retention, referrals and reviews through exceptional experiences

3. Community & Rapport Building

Build authentic relationships with people from many cultures and backgrounds Create a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment Engage before/after sessions with members to increase connections

4. Operations & Growth

Support with studio setup, admin, content and operational tasks Optional additional hours in PT, nutrition support, social media or events High performers can progress to

Studio Manager

(100%) as we expand

What We're Looking For

Fluent English

(non-negotiable) ; other languages an asset

2+ years in customer-facing roles

(hospitality, retail, service, etc.)

2+ year of fitness experience

with solid foundational knowledge (from either professional or personal)

Previous sales exposure

and comfort working toward targets and under pressure

Fast learner

willing to pursue certifications and new skills
