Global Innovation Controller (m/w/d) 80% - 100%
Als Global Innovation Controller (m/w/d) ubernimmst Du die finanzielle Verantwortung fur unser internationales Innovationsportfolio. Du arbeitest eng mit Projektteams, Business Units, Finance und strategischen Funktionen zusammen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Innovationsaktivitaten wirtschaftlich fundiert, steuerbar und zielgerichtet bleiben.

Was Dich erwartet:Controlling von Innovationsprojekten:
Finanzielle Begleitung und Uberwachung von Innovations-, Entwicklungs- und Transformationsprojekten - von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
Business Case & Investitionsbewertung:
Entwicklung und Prufung von Business Cases, ROI-Analysen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und Szenariomodellen.
Portfolio-Transparenz & Reporting:
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines konsistenten Reportings zur Bewertung, Priorisierung und Steuerung des globalen Innovationsportfolios.
Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams & Management:
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit crossfunktionalen Teams (z. B. R&D, Marketing, Strategy, Digital, Finance) zur fundierten Entscheidungsfindung.
KPIs & Steuerungslogiken:
Mitgestaltung von Innovationskennzahlen, Meilenstein-Reporting, KPI-Strukturen und Erfolgskriterien im Innovationskontext.
Governance & Prozesse:
Unterstutzung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Innovationsprozessen, Stage-Gate-Methodiken und Controlling-Governance.



Was Du mitbringst:Ausbildung:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar.
Berufserfahrung: Mehrjahrige Erfahrung im Controlling, Projektcontrolling, Business Planning oder Innovation Finance Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Innovations- oder Entwicklungsprojekten in einem internationalen Unternehmen. Analytische Starke & unternehmerisches Denken:
Fahigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhange strukturiert und verstandlich aufzubereiten. Sie denken losungsorientiert, zielgerichtet und vorausschauend.
Systemkompetenz:
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, SAP S/4HANA, BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI, Tableau); Erfahrung mit Projektmanagementtools und Reportingstrukturen von Vorteil.
Kommunikation & Kollaboration:
Fahigkeit, in crossfunktionalen Teams mit unterschiedlichen Fachdisziplinen zu arbeiten. Hohe Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstarke.
Sprachen:
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
