Grundlegende Funktion
Fur die Servicegruppe Bern brauchen wir deine Unterstutzung!
Du bist als Gruppeneiter verantwortlich fur die Reparaturen von Aufzugsanlagen sowie Rolltreppen in der Niederlassung Bern. Du fuhrst ein Team von 3 Reparateuren. Als Vertreter von OTIS betreust du zudem unsere Kunden im Rahmen unserer Service-Excellence-Politik.
Hauptaufgaben
Du planst fur dein Team und dich die dir zugewiesenen Reparaturarbeiten
Du fuhrts Reparaturarbeiten aus
Du erkennst fur dein Team die Sicherheitsrisiken und setzt die Sicherheitsprozesse um
Du wirkst bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen mit
Du arbeitest neue Mitarbeitende ein und uberwachst den Ausbildungsstand
Du unterstutz den Serviceleiter bei der Definition des Schulungsbedarfs deines Teams
Qualifikationen/ Erfahrung/ Kenntnisse
Du hast elektromechanische Kenntnisse und kennst dich womoglich mit alter und neuer Technik aus und magst Smartphone Apps
Du fuhrst dein Team fachtechnisch und machst Coaching on the job
Du kennst das Prinzip "learning by doing" und gehst eigene Fragestellungen proaktiv an
Du gehst gerne auf Mitmenschen zu, legst ein freundliches Auftreten gegenuber deinem Umfeld an den Tag und baust dir dein "Netzwerk" auf
Du bist im Besitz eines Fuhrerscheins mit der Kategorie B
Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
