We are looking, as of January 1, 2026 or by agreement, for an independent, responsible, and service-oriented individual to join our Groups, Conference & Events department.




Annahme und Bearbeitung von C&E-Anfragen und Abwicklung von Group & Tours Reservierungen Erstellen von massgeschneiderten Angeboten Pflege des zugewiesenen Kundensegments und direkter Ansprechpartner fur unsere internationalen Gaste Reprasentation und aktiver Verkauf unserer Bankettabteilung Receiving and processing C&E inquiries and handling Group & Tours reservations Preparing tailor-made proposals Maintaining the assigned customer segment and acting as the direct point of contact for our international guests Representing and actively promoting our banqueting department


Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im Veranstaltungsbereich Erste Erfahrung in der internationalen Kettenhotellerie Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Anwendungssichere PC-Kenntnisse, idealerweise auch Opera Sales & Catering Organisationsgeschick, Verkaufstalent und Kommunikationsstarke Belastbarkeit, Flexibilitat und Eigeninitiative Successfully completed education and training in the hotel industry or a comparable degree. Initial experience in international chain hotels Excellent German and English skills Confident computer skills, ideally including Opera Sales & Catering Strong organizational, sales, and communication skills * Resilience, flexibility, and initiative
