Was dich erwartet
Du bist verantwortlich fur die Organisation, Unterstutzung und Ausbildung des Teams von Otis One Monteuren in der Region und als Stellvertretung auch Ueberregional
Du bist verantwortlich fur die Einhaltung der Qualitats- und Sicherheitsregeln sowie fur das Handeln und Entscheiden nach der OTIS-Geschaftsethik.
Du stellst die Qualitat der Montage und die Zuverlassigkeit der Inbetriebnahme der von deinem Team installierten OTIS One Einheiten sicher.
Als OTIS-Reprasentant betreust Du unsere Kunden im Rahmen unserer Service Excellence Politik
Recht und Pflicht, "Stopp" zu sagen, wenn die Sicherheit nicht unter Kontrolle ist (Stopp der Arbeitstatigkeit)
Was wir von Dir erwarten
Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und konntest dein Wissen bereits in der Liftbranche vertiefen
Wenn du bereits eine Weiterbildung wie zum Beispiel im Technischen Bereich absolvieren konntest und bereits einige Jahre Fuhrungserfahrung in deinem personlichen Rucksack mitbringst ist das ein grosses Plus
Du bist eine unternehmerisch denkende, losungsorientierte und gewinnende Personlichkeit mit grosser Eigeninitiative und starker Kundenorientierung
Du bringst ein ausgepragtes Organisationstalent mit und behaltest auch in hektischen Zeiten den Fokus im Auge
Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
