We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Handyperson to maintain our facilities while providing excellent client service. This role focuses on ensuring spaces are presentable, performing general repairs, maintaining kitchen equipment, and coordinating with vendors to deliver a consistently positive experience for building occupants.



Your tasks:



Adjust and maintain furniture and chair settings in customer meeting rooms to ensure comfort and functionality.

Perform small repairs and coordinate with vendors for more complex maintenance needs.

Replace batteries in equipment and devices as needed.

Oversee locker allocation and maintenance.

Manage storage rooms, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.

Conduct yearly manual inventory of storage areas and assets.

Manage shuttle bus schedules, pool cars, and pikett car usage.

Coordinate vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with service schedules.

Organize and monitor periodic maintenance and servicing of building systems and equipment.

Supervise technical facilities and escalate issues to appropriate service providers.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.



Your profile:



Proven experience in maintenance, handyperson services, or facilities support



Working knowledge of basic repair techniques



Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding cleanliness and presentation standards



Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction



Good organizational abilities and record-keeping skills



Understanding of inventory management for maintenance supplies



Ability to coordinate with external vendors and service providers



Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks and move equipment as needed



Professional appearance and demeanor
