Do you want to shape the future of capital markets? We seek a Head Strategy & Business Development to join our Exchanges team in Zurich, responsible for driving strategic initiatives, expanding business opportunities, and fostering innovation. What You Will Do

Drive strategic roadmap development and implementation aligned with corporate goals and shareholder expectations. Identify market trends and growth opportunities through comprehensive analysis and strategic foresight. Translate strategic priorities into actionable measures with clear KPIs and performance outcomes. Build strong relationships with corporates, trading participants, and institutional investors to support growth. Lead initiatives for new market segments, ESG products, and digital transformation to enhance competitiveness.

What You Bring

University degree in business, finance, or economics and 10-15 years of relevant professional experience. Proven experience in corporate strategy and business development within capital markets or financial institutions. Strong leadership and collaboration skills with ability to influence at executive level and across functions. High analytical capability and strategic vision combined with a results-oriented mindset and innovation focus. Fluency in English; proficiency in German, French, and/or Spanish is a strong advantage.
