\\n The client is a well-reputed Asset Management company that just established a subsidiary firm based in Zurich, Switzerland. The purpose of the company is to provide technical and commercial energy consulting services.
The company is seeking a Head of Finance & Commercial to join the team. In this role, you will lead a small commercial team of an up-and-coming and agile start-up, support project managers in project calculation, the presentation of contracts or the invoicing of services. Together with the Group\\\'s accounting department and the controller, you will ensure accounting and quarterly reporting. As the guardian of the financial processes, you ensure high-quality and automated accounting and perform outstanding services in all commercial matters.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies for the company
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Structure and provision of financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve overall performance
- Digitalization of financial processes
- Oversee commercial activities, including sales and marketing, to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Lead and manage a team of finance and commercial professionals
- Coordination of internal and external legal departments and law firms
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven several years of experience in a senior finance or commercial role, accounting
- Know-how in ensuring high-quality and automated financial processes, knowledge of corporate finance, opportunities, and risk management, accounting/bookkeeping, taxes, project controlling, invoicing
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
