Tasks

As Head of Business Development & Corporate Responsibility you are leading a diverse and cross-functional team of 10 employees. Together with your team you are driving the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives by aligning different areas and departments.

Shaping the future direction of SWISS through the conception, management and execution of key business development initiatives and related projects

Steering of the organisational development

Define and ensure the implementation of the sustainability roadmap in all areas within SWISS and steering of projects related to Corporate Responsibility topics

Design the organizational structures needed to ensure the future readiness of the company and support top management with their restructuring challenges

Ensure strategic focus and priorities are implemented within SWISS efficiency program

The position also ensures the Corporate Office activities for the Management Board

Requirements

Master's degree in economics, business engineering or a natural science discipline

10 years of experience in a similar role and leading cross-functional teams

Specific experience in organisational- and process design, project management and/or business consulting

Broad experience in different markets and industries, experience in airline industry is a strong advantage

Convincing management and leadership skills

Proven success and experience in large, corporate-wide projects

"Can-do" mentality combined with strong implementation skills

Excellent communications skills in German as well as in English and the ability to simplify complicated matters
