CONTEXT & MISSION :
The Head of CIO office's mission is to assist L'Occitane en Provence CIO in the IT department governance oversight: strategic planning, projects portfolio management and budget management. The main goal is to ensure that the focus of IT resources is in line with the brand strategy and business priorities.
As a member of the IT board, the position is also in charge of the IT board "rituals", and fosters a smooth collaboration between the different VP's and regional IT leaders. She/He interacts with a variety of populations across the company from the CEO to hands-on developers, but also business unit leaders, finance, procurement or HR teams.
The role also conducts miscellaneous job-related tasks like supporting HR processes, taking part in the definition of a Green IT strategy, or supporting teams in the adoption of a new way-of-working (Agile & Lean).
The Head Of CIO office manages 1 FTE, and brings coordination to a global team made of central & regional members whose purpose is to pilot worldwide IT activities while adapting ways of working to local & regional contexts.
