The Head of Country HRBP - ANH, Legal, GBS, GREW is responsible for being be at the forefront of driving HR strategies and initiatives that support our organization\\\'s mission to create growth. As the Head of HRBP, you will be the HR partner to ANH, Legal, GBS and GREW, working closely as trusted advisor to senior leaders to engage talent management and effective organizational growth.

Your key responsibilities

• Takes accountability to sustainable growth, driving country initiatives
• Through deep knowledge of the business strategy of today & tomorrow, build and retain BU talent pipeline.
• Manage impact, stakeholder engagement and adoption in the business for implementation of new initiatives.
• Proactively provides solutions and advices with data-driven, structured problem solving for the business.
• Leads engagement, change and challenge, guide, advise BU leaders of the BU/BP.
• Shape a unique Swiss dsm-firmenich identity and attractive branding ensuring a common shared culture within ANH, Legal, GBS and GREW.

You bring

• Bachelor degree (Master degree a plus) or equivalent in relevant discipline (HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences) and continuous professional trainings in HR fields.
• Deep prior experience as Senior HR Leader / Business Partner at regional or global level.
• Strong business acumen and influencing skills.
• Strong international experience, ideally having held global or regional responsibility.
• Experience in driving transformational changes in a complex matrix environment.

Important note

This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades\\\' design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles\\\' nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees.
