Your role and responsibilities

In our training laboratory, we train automation engineers and electronics technicians in their third and fourth years of training. By combining practical training with a variety


of projects, we offer tailor-made solutions in the fields of electronics,


mechanics and electrical engineering.


The working model is: #LI-onsite

The main responsibilities include:

Ensuring smooth laboratory operations: operating and maintaining equipment, product care and material procurement, as well as ensuring safety in the laboratory and office Training, supervising and guiding apprentices in practical projects Working closely with R&D and production Creating PCBA prototypes and mechanical assemblies, as well as using 3D printing for the precise manufacture of mechanical components

Qualifications for the role

Training as an electronics technician or automation engineer (TS/HF) with several years of relevant professional experience Ability to train apprentices High degree of independence and ability to improvise Ability to analyse critically, take a structured approach and act reliably Enjoy working with apprentices and providing practical training Fluent German (min. level C2); good English skills
