Within this context, our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function supports the company\\\'s leadership and the broader organization to make better informed risk-based decisions by orchestrating and delivering a consistent, structured, explicit, and harmonized understanding of PMI\\\'s interconnected principal risks which impact our strategic ambition of a smoke-free future. As we\\\'re expanding our ERM function, we\\\'re looking for a Head of ERM Global Functions.

Your \\\'day to day\\\'

As a Head of ERM Global Functions, you will enable the Global Functional executive leaders, their functional leadership teams and any other relevant business partners within each of the company\\\'s global functions to identify and assess a broad array of risks that could impact the achievement of their specific goals and objectives.

With your team, consisting of Enterprise Risk Managers, you will provide advice, reporting and executive counsel to the company\\\'s functional leadership teams on principal risks as embedded within the overall company\\\'s risk landscape.

Moreover, you will contribute to the definition, maintenance, and optimization of functional-specific aspects as part of the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.

You will develop and leverage from your internal and external networks to understand emerging risks and trends at the global functional level and integrate them into the risk landscape as applicable to each global function.

Apart from these, you will ensure appropriate ownership and accountability of risks by guiding global functional business partners to develop and implement appropriate risk responses and monitoring.

More specifically, you will

• deploy, monitor, drive / lead the company\\\'s approach towards enterprise risk management within each of the company\\\'s global functions;
• establish, deploy and drive \\xe2\\x80\\x9ctop down\\xe2\\x80\\x9d risk assessment efforts for each key (principal) risk area as owned by the Global Functional executive leaders;
• establish, deploy and drive \\xe2\\x80\\x9cbottom up\\xe2\\x80\\x9d risk assessment efforts for each key (operational) risk area dimension, by engaging with the global functional (leadership) teams; and
• develop, implement and manage a team of enterprise risk management professionals (i.e. up to Manager level) in charge of the ERM dimension related to the company\\\'s global functions.

Who we\\\'re looking for

• University degree (MSc preferred) level education (e.g. Economics, Business Strategy, Business Administration, etc.)
• Ideally one (1) or more \\\'post university\\\' professional certification / education - examples: eMBA, GSEC, CIA, CISA, CRISC, CRMA, CGEIT, CPA, PMP
• 12+ years of experience in Strategy and/or (Enterprise) Risk Management
• Relevant experience in one of more of the following areas:

1. Strategy
2. Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMGC)
3. Management Consulting
4. Risk Management Consulting
5. Optional: multi-year international / global assignments
6. Optional: tobacco, regulated industry experience

• Experience with GRC technology solutions (i.e. IBM OpenPages) is a \\\'nice-to-have\\\' advantage
• Comfort in handling discussions with senior business partners (C-suite, SVP, VP)
• Adaptability so as to easily flex between changing environments under strict time constrains
• Ability to present with impact and clarity and business relevant \\xe2\\x80\\x9cstory telling\\xe2\\x80\\x9d capabilities
• Proficient written and verbal English business professional language skills
