HEAD OF EXECUTIVE LOUNGES & HOSPITALITY - CHIF (M/F/D)

YOUR MISSION

This is a senior, impact-driven role designed to deliver measurable commercial and operational results within a defined 12-month period. The Head of Executive Lounges & Hospitality will play a critical role in accelerating growth, strengthening partnerships and elevating guest experience across Italy and France. Subject to performance and business impact, this interim position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent leadership role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Take full regional Lounge leadership, project responsibility and P&L ownership, delivering agreed projects and growth plans while achieving measurable improvements in revenue, EBITDA, occupancy and seat turn within a 12-month period.


Identify, evaluate and progress new lounge opportunities in Italy and France, leading tender processes and investment-ready business cases with regional and global teams.

Drive immediate and sustained improvements in guest experience and NPS by embedding 4-5hotel standards into airport lounge operations.
Build and strengthen senior commercial relationships with airports, airlines and partners to unlock growth and long-term value.
Enhance food and beverage performance through improved quality, consistency, innovation and cost control based on data, insight and trends.

YOUR PROFILE

Proven ability to deliver tangible commercial and operational results within a defined timeframe in interim, turnaround or growth-focused hospitality roles.


Senior leadership experience in 4-5hospitality, combining a strong guest-centric mindset with proven food & beverage expertise and a focus on quality and consistency.
Deep understanding of the Italian and/or French hospitality and airport markets with established senior-level industry relationships.

A confident, credible and resilient leader with the presence to influence senior stakeholders and mobilise teams quickly.
Fluent English and Italian/French is essential, and a high degree of mobility across the region required.
