Straumann Group is growing, and we are looking for a forward-looking Talent Acquisition Lead to enable our growth ambitions. The Global Head of Recruitment Operations, reporting to the Global Head of Join (Talent Acquisition). This is a time when the Global Talent Acquisition organization is going through transformation. Investments are being made into a new global hiring model, new global hiring process, new employer brand strategy, CRM and other new technology. You would be a "flag bearer" of the transformation supporting implementation, process mapping, model adoption, compliance, re-mapping roles and responsibilities, encouraging new TA service deliverables (pipelining, direct sourcing, employer branding), hiring manager training / brand ambassadorship, and more. You would be accountable for:
Global Process Ownership - Design, governance and ownership of the global recruitment process and its documentation, updates, training, enhancements. Ensuring that all TA Partners follow the process by working with all Regional Join Leads, reporting, communication updates and changes. Conducting annual workshops in all regions to ensure that local process needs are incorporated into the global process flow. Incorporating process changes in technology partnering with Global IT teams to prioritize process enhancements. Ownership of all Global Join Policies and governing any process or policy changes with the correct HR, legal, translation partners and related stakeholders. Development of a Global Join Process Portal where we can centralise the global process for HR, Hiring Manager and Employee audiences.
ServiceNow: Onboarding, Offboarding & Transfer Implementation Lead - you would lead the implementation of ServiceNow as our new global platform for Onboarding, Offboarding and internal transfers. You would be the key lead driving project management, design workshops partnering with our external implementation partner and internal stakeholders. The project would be launched region by region completing over a 14+ month period.
Recruiter Training - leading the development and deployment of training content related to recruiting process, compliance, technology. Posting training to our global LMS platform, linking to the Global Join Process Portal and leading technology inductions for new TA Partners.
Global Budget Management - working with the Global Head of Join to oversee the Global Join budget and holding all regions accountable to their Cost Per Hire and making recommendations for budget management, investments, efficiency and cost management.
Global Recruitment Technology - owning the global recruitment technology strategy, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting. Supplier relationship management with our CRM (Phenom People) and ATS (SAP SF) suppliers. System administration partnering with Global HRIT team on integrations, updates, user management, privacy change requests, chatbot maintenance, etc.
Global Recruitment Reporting and Analytics - owning the end to end recruitment reporting strategy, acting as the data quality champion ensuring user adoption / audit readiness (OFCCP and internal audits) via regular user compliance checks. Bringing us from basic reporting to advanced predictive analytics over the coming years. Selecting future analytics technologies (potentially Power BI), leading implementation, integration into SAP EC / SAP Recruiting / Phenom People / ServiceNow etc. to produce automated, sustainable analytics supporting business decision making and recruitment optimisation.
Global Recruitment Privacy and Compliance Lead - owning the global privacy and compliance strategy required for US OFCCP, EU pay transparency, Brazil mandatory reporting, gender hiring, privacy administration. Responsible for tracking external legislative changes, updating process and policies, leading internal audits, and external audit response management. Leading the Global Background Check review and supplier selection strategy.
