Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and cross-functional collaboration. Guide the identification and translation of customer technical needs into science-backed solutions. Ensure best practices in technical sales support and customer engagement are applied globally. Represent dsm-firmenich at key technical events, positioning us as a trusted partner in the market.

You Bring

An advanced degree in a relevant scientific or technical field. Proven experience leading technical business development teams, ideally in health, nutrition, or related industries. Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, regions, and cultures. A track record of driving project conversion and technical innovation. A passion for developing people and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
