We are looking for a Head of HR and Administration to take full ownership of our people operations and organizational infrastructure. You are able to balance high-level strategy with daily administrative execution and as the backbone of our Swiss operations, you ensure our team is supported, our compliance is airtight, and our office runs smoothly. Tasks Take ownership and manage the entire employee journey from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. Being responsible for payroll processing, social security coordination, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Swiss labor laws. Oversee general administration Develop and maintain internal regulations, employee handbooks, and manage HR related security compliance under ISO 27001. Requirements 5+ years of experience in HR and administration, ideally in a fast-paced Swiss startup or tech environment Command of Swiss labor law, social insurances (AHV, BVG, UVG), and local payroll regulations Organized, reliable and willing to get your hands dirty Excellent oral and written skills in both English and German.
